Coaching Series for a Construction Company
This construction company needed a series of courses to reinforce the classroom training curriculum that was conducted around coaching team members.
Objectives
To create a scenario based course to simulate a real performance conversation a manager/supervisor would have with their team member. This allows managers/supervisors to practice the coaching steps in a realistic way before engaging in a real conversation.
Outcome
Created a scenario simulation course with real life decision points a supervisor/manager may have to experience on the job in dealing with a performance situation.
