Objectives

The objective of this demo is to illustrate how a learner can learn and practice new software in a safe environment prior to working on a real customer account.

Outcome

Outcomes generally include faster time to mastery, ability to use the demos at the time they need them while in the tool and to allow learners to practice the task until they can do it confidently in a real life environment.
